a-OK: act of Kindness maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This section applies to all users of the App and all content transmitted, stored, or shared through the Services.
3.1 Prohibited Conduct and Content
The following are strictly prohibited on a-OK: act of Kindness and will result in immediate action:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, storing, or distributing any imagery, video, audio, text, or other content that depicts, describes, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors (any person under 18 years of age), whether real, AI-generated, drawn, or fictionalized.
Grooming: Any conduct in which an adult builds a relationship, trust, or emotional connection with a minor — on or off the platform — for the purpose of sexual abuse, exploitation, or trafficking, including requests for sexual content, attempts to move conversations to private or encrypted channels for illicit purposes, or offering gifts or incentives in exchange for sexual content or contact.
Sextortion: Threatening or blackmailing a minor, or any person, using real or fabricated intimate imagery to coerce sexual content, sexual acts, money, or other benefits.
Sexualization of Minors: Any content or behavior that sexualizes, objectifies, or endangers minors, including sexualized commentary about minors, soliciting or sharing sexualized imagery of minors, or presenting minors in a sexualized context.
Child Trafficking: Advertising, soliciting, or facilitating the trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children.
Facilitation: Any attempt to normalize, promote, provide instructions for, or facilitate access to any of the above.
3.2 Enforcement
Immediate Account Termination: Any user found engaging in CSAE, or attempting to do so, will have their account permanently terminated without prior notice and will be banned from the Services.
Content Removal: Violating content is removed immediately upon detection or verified report.
Reporting to Authorities: We report apparent CSAM and CSAE incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant national and local law enforcement authorities, including authorities in Nepal and other applicable jurisdictions, as required or permitted by law. We preserve and provide related account data to law enforcement in accordance with the legal process.
Proactive Detection: We employ a combination of automated detection tools and human moderation to identify and act on CSAE content and behavior.
3.3 In-App Reporting Mechanism
Users can report suspected CSAE content or behavior directly within the App using the in-app “Report” function available on all profiles, messages, and content.
