To manage customer orders:

  1. Go to your Order Dashboard.
  2. Review each order’s details (items, quantity, delivery/pickup, customer info).
  3. Update the order status (e.g., Confirmed, In Progress, Completed).
  4. Communicate with the customer if needed.
  5. Use POS and KOT tools if operating from a physical location.
