        • Navigate to the <\/span>Received Offers<\/b> section within the app.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Accepted Offers<\/b>\n

          • If you’ve accepted an offer, it will display in the <\/span>Accepted Offers<\/b> section.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • View Offer Details<\/b>\n
              \n
            • Tap on the accepted offer to see details such as:<\/span>\n
                \n
              • Offer description<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Price<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Sender information<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Date of the offer<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Choose Qualified Outlets<\/b>\n

                • Click on <\/span>Choose Qualified Outlets<\/b> to view a list of participating outlets.<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Select your desired outlet.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • Menu Options<\/b>\n
                    \n
                  • Once you\u2019ve selected the outlet, the menu will appear with the available options you can redeem.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Select your desired drink or item.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                  • Choose Variations<\/b>\n
                      \n
                    • Inside the menu, you will see variations for your selected drink or item. Choose the variation that you prefer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                    • Add Add-Ons<\/b>\n
                        \n
                      • You can also add any additional items or add-ons to your drink if desired.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                      • Choose Delivery Method<\/b>\n
                          \n
                        • Select how you want to receive your drink:<\/span>\n

                          • Place Order \u2013 I\u2019m in Store<\/b> (if you\u2019re at the outlet)<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • Send Order for Pickup<\/b> (if you\u2019re ordering to pick up)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                          • Press Next<\/b>\n

                            • After selecting your delivery method, press <\/span>Next<\/b> to proceed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                            • Enter Wallet Code<\/b>\n
                                \n
                              • You will be prompted to enter your wallet code to confirm your order.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                              • Order Sent to Caf\u00e9<\/b>\n
                                  \n
                                • Once your wallet code is entered, your order is sent to the caf\u00e9. You can choose to leave a tip or skip this step.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                                • Order Status: In Progress<\/b>\n

                                  • The status of your offer will change to <\/span>Order in Progress<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  • The caf\u00e9 will accept the order and begin preparing your drink.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                                  • Order Ready and Confirmation<\/b>\n

                                    • Your order is now successfully redeemed
